Leadership Development
Even though I have learned much in this program, I feel that I still have room for growth. Specifically, I would like to continue to improve my listening skills along with my ability to “release” responsibilities to other team members. Recently, I have been struggling with this process as we transition programs to new, young co-directors. Ultimately, I would like to develop as a strong mentor and resource to allow for others to succeed.
